Allow me to begin by saying, On the Hop Therapy is the most organized, efficient, clean and client-friendly, physical therapy center from which I have ever had the pleasure of receiving service. Once you enter the doors you can readily see that all the equipment and aids are properly stored in identifiable areas for quick access. The three therapists, Melissa, Joette and Tracy and the receptionist, Geri, work efficiently and in concert with each other ensuring each client is receiving the necessary attention, observation and continuity of service. Equipment is constantly being sanitized and linens changed after each use. This facility also has a pool from which aquatic therapy is offered. What a great bonus! Staff is not only extremely knowledgeable, but warm and friendly as well. They listen carefully to your concerns, and make suggestions and/or adjustments to accommodate those concerns. They maintain a friendly, jovial environment which helps you move more easily through your exercise routine. They will challenge you along the way but always within your capabilities. I am extremely thrilled and fortunate to have found this center. Thank you ladies for all that you do and the manner in which you do it. You are indeed a blessing to our community

From the first moment I met Geri, and inquired about the facility I knew I was at the best physical therapy! I was absolutely so impressed with the environment and the skill and knowledge and kindness of Joett and Melissa. It wasn’t my first time at PT so I immediately noticed the difference. 100 stars for professionalism, skill, cleanliness, amount of first rate equipment and atmosphere. Both my husband and I recently had knee replacement surgery. We did our physical therapy at On The Hop. We both are very pleased and would definitely recommend this location. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff are all friendly, compassionate, highly trained and professional. They actually made PT a fun experience. The equipment is state of the art. The pool is clean.

My quick recovery after a total hip replacement is surely due to the 2 physical therapists Melissa and Joette! They portrayed not only knowledge but also professionalism, genuine care and guidance at every level of recovery. Thank you so much ladies!❤❤ I highly recommend their services.

Unfortunately, I’ve been to several therapies facilities over the years. The entire staff were always encouraging the first thing in the morning. I would and have recommended On The Hop Therapy to many of my friends. I knew from my first visit with Melissa that I was at the right place. Unfortunately over the years with other facilities I had lots to compare to. Melissa put me through exact exercise at the facility and home to help in my speedy recover. Everyone was ALWAYS so pleasant in the mornings, I did look forward to my appoints. Thanks, I was able to regain my life on the golf course.

I had total knee replacement, therapy with Melissa, Jo and Tracy made all the difference in my recovery. You cannot find a better team to help your recovery from joint replacement. I recommend “On the Hop” without hesitation!
